  • ·Sewer type (public / septic / cesspool)

  • ·Bedrooms / bathrooms

  • ·Living area (sqft)

Sewer type is critical

Septic or cesspool properties have a different ADU pathway under MA Title 5. Always confirm before advising your buyer.
